Thank you for choosing MOmarsh.  We hope that you are loving your MOmarsh product.  We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  Below explains our 30 day guarantee we offer, so that you can comfortably order knowing that if for some reason you are not satisfied, you can return your product for a full refund.

 

Satisfaction Guarantee

Our goal as a waterfowl company is to create the most innovative products that help solve a lot of your shallow water issues.  These products all have a distinct goal in mind, as well as a specific purpose.  We understand that all situations are different and our products may not fit your exact hunting need.  We want you, the customer, to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  If the product you chose does not fit your situation, or you are not satisfied with your product we will accept a return within 30 days of purchase.

  • We will only accept returns on items purchased directly from MOmarsh
  • Item must be in new condition when returning
  • Only item that is being returned is eligible for a refund, shipping is non-refundable
  • Shipping on a return will be paid by the customer
  • Funds will be returned to the card used on original purchase
  • Please allow 2 weeks after return is received for credit to be issued.

 

Product Warranty

We at MOmarsh strive to bring you a quality product, and we will stand behind our products.  We warranty against manufacturer defects and workmanship.  This includes but is not limited to the materials our products are constructed of as well as the workmanship of the product.  Our warranty is meant to cover your MOmarsh product for 1 year from date of purchase.  MOmarsh does not warrant normal wear & tear on items, after all we know how duck hunters treat their equipment.

  • Please fill out our warranty form and submit it to MOmarsh along with a picture of your damaged item and dated proof of purchase
  • We will review your claim within 7 days
  • If the product is damaged due to a manufacturer defect, we will either send you a replacement part or issue a new replacement
  • Customer will be responsible for associated shipping cost
